Once the Tester completes the assigned task, a comprehensive report detailing their actions and discoveries is diligently submitted to the Requester. We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism, so we encourage Testers to invest noticeable effort into their reports.
Moreover, we acknowledge that human judgment may occasionally require a fair resolution. If a Requester receives a report that appears to lack effort or raises concerns, they have the option to defer the matter to our Hackybara Dispute Team. The Hackybara Dispute Team follows and agrees to the same NDA that is supplied by the Requester when examining dispute cases. Our seasoned team of experts thoroughly examines the situation, carefully determining the report’s viability and compliance with established standards.
In the event that the report is deemed not viable, the Requester will receive a refund, bolstering trust and transparency. Conversely, if the report meets the discerning standards set by our Hackybara Dispute Team, the payment is promptly delivered to the deserving Tester, recognizing their hard work and dedication.

The Requester then assesses the report with a discerning eye, seeking tangible proof of work and evident dedication. When the Requester is content with the delivered report, they provide their approval, and the Tester is duly compensated for their outstanding workmanship. 85% of the compensation will be made available to the Tester once the request is complete.

If, for any reason, a Tester fails to submit the report within the specified timeline set by the Requester, our platform ensures a swift refund of the payment to the Requester, safeguarding their interests.
